Abstract

The carbon black coating device for the cables comprises a transmission and stirring mechanism, a carbon black box, an auxiliary riding wheel and a carbon black recovery tank, wherein the transmission and stirring mechanism comprises a riding wheel carrier, a driving riding wheel, a riding wheel axle, chain wheels, a chain, a stirring shaft and an impeller; the riding wheel carrier is arranged at the front end of the carbon black recovery tank; the driving riding wheel is arranged at the upper end of the riding wheel carrier through a riding wheel axle; one end of the riding wheel axle is provided with the chain wheels and the chain; the chain wheels and the chain are connected with the stirring shaft and the impeller; and the stirring shaft and the impeller extend into the upper part of the rear carbon block box. The carbon block box is provided with a head cover which can be opened, and the middle part of the carbon black box is provided with a cabling through hole corresponding to the position of the driving riding wheel. The auxiliary riding wheel is fixedly arranged at the rear end of the carbon black recovery tank through the auxiliary riding wheel carrier. By adopting the coating device, the labor force can be reduced, the coating quality is improved, and a working environment is improved.
