Abstract

The invention discloses a method for synchronizing data of heterogeneous systems and provides a corresponding data exchange engine. The data exchange engine can establish a first mapping relation between common data in a database of a source heterogeneous system and the same common data in the database of a target heterogeneous system, can receive a first notification message which is sent by the source heterogeneous system and used for notifying that first common data in the database of the source heterogeneous system are changed, and can change the first common data in the database of the target heterogeneous system according to first data information of the changed first common data in the database of the source heterogeneous system, wherein the first data information is carried in the first notification message. Therefore, the data of the heterogeneous systems can be synchronized in real time, so the invention is applicable to working scenes with high requirement on real-time performance.
