Embodiment 1

[0019] Select sweet potatoes harvested in good time, rinse with clean water to remove surface soil, drain off surface water droplets, and then dry with wind;

[0020] Put the above-mentioned sweet potatoes into a container, prepare a sodium nitroprusside (SNP) solution with a concentration of 10 mmol / L in anaerobic water, soak at room temperature for 1 hour, then remove, and bake at 45°C to remove surface moisture;

[0021] The treated sweet potatoes are healed for 5 days in an environment of 26°C and a relative humidity of 80%, and after the wounds are lignified, they are put into storage or marketed for circulation.

Embodiment 2

[0023] Select sweet potatoes harvested in good time, rinse with clean water to remove surface soil, drain off surface water droplets, and then dry with wind;

[0024] Put the above-mentioned sweet potatoes into a container, prepare a sodium nitroprusside (SNP) solution with a concentration of 50mmol / L in anaerobic water, soak at room temperature for 0.7h, then remove, and bake at 47°C to remove surface moisture;

[0025] The treated sweet potatoes were cured for 4 days in an environment of 28°C and a relative humidity of 82%, and after the wounds were lignified, they were put into storage or marketed for circulation.

Embodiment 3

[0027] Select sweet potatoes harvested in good time, rinse with clean water to remove surface soil, drain off surface water droplets, and then dry with wind;

[0028] Put the above-mentioned sweet potatoes into a container, prepare a sodium nitroprusside (SNP) solution with a concentration of 100mmol / L in anaerobic water, soak it at room temperature for 0.5h, then remove it, and dry it at 45°C to remove the surface moisture;

[0029] The treated sweet potatoes are healed for 3 days in an environment of 31°C and a relative humidity of 85%, and after the wounds are lignified, they are put into storage or marketed for circulation.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for accelerating wound healing of sweet potatoes. The method solves the technical problem that wound healing tissues of potato blocks are formed as soon as possible, disease resistance is generated and storage safety is improved. The technical scheme includes that the method for accelerating wound healing of sweet potatoes includes the following steps of firstly, washing sweet potatoes and removing water on the surface; secondly, placing the washed sweet potatoes into 10-100mmol / L sodium nitroprusside (SNP) solution, and soaking at the room temperature for 0.5-1 hour; taking out the sweet potatoes to remove water on the surface; or placing the cleaned sweet potatoes into a closed space for directly stifling for 0.5-1 hour by 10-50 mu l / L nitric oxide gas; and thirdly, subjecting the treated sweet potatoes to wound healing treatment at 80-90% relative humidity and the room temperature for 3-5 days, so that the sweet potatoes can be warehoused or listed and circulated after suberification of the wound portion. In the second step, water is removed g by heating to the temperature of 45-50 DEG C for drying.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for improving postharvest storage quality of sweet potatoes, in particular for promoting quick healing of postharvest wounds of sweet potatoes. Background technique [0002] During the harvesting, grading, packaging, transportation and loading and unloading of sweet potatoes, some mechanical damages are often caused; wounds infected with pathogenic bacteria often cause the products to rot and deteriorate during storage and transportation, causing serious losses. At present, before the storage of sweet potatoes, callus treatment is usually carried out for 4-7 days at 32-35°C and relative humidity of 85-90%, which is used to heal the wounds of the potato pieces during harvest to prevent root rot and water loss. Although a higher temperature (32-35°C) is conducive to wound healing, the temperature at this time is more favorable for the reproduction of black spot bacteria. The suitable cellar temperature for sweet potato ...
