The disaster evolution module is used for providing an influence of a disaster on a road system; the road network construction module is used for constructing a road network and an activity place; the population and activity generation module is used for generating a population evacuation and individual and family escape plan; the microscopic traffic simulation module is used for generating a population evacuation and vehicle movement trajectory; the animation display module is used for displaying a population evacuation and vehicle movement process; and the statistical analysis module is used for statistical analysis of traffic conditions during evacuation. The individual and family escape plan and the destructive effects of disasters on the road network during evacuation are comprehensively considered, the vehicle movement process is described via microscopic traffic simulation, the whole traffic evacuation simulation process is enabled to be more practical, and the assessment of an emergency traffic evacuation plan can be realized effectively.
