The pawl comprises a backward-forward extending rotary shaft, a left rotary block and a right rotary block, wherein the left rotary block and the right rotary block are fixedly arranged on two sides of the rotary shaft. The pawl is provided with a driving shifting block which is located on the lower side of a rotary shaft axis and used for upward shifting a driven shifting block. The false-locking preventing rotary arm is provided with a left-right extending pin shaft hole, the driven shifting block is arranged on the false-locking preventing rotary arm located on one side of the pin shaft hole, the driving shifting block is in transmission connection with the driven shifting block, a resetting block for backward shifting the opening arm is arranged on the false-locking preventing rotary arm located on the other side of the pin shaft hole, and both the driven shifting block and the resetting block rotate around the axis of the pin shaft hole backward and forward.
