The invention relates to an arrangement of a wiper system having an associated windshield wiper system (10) on a motor vehicle. The windshield wiper system (10) comprises a washing liquid feed line (14), which is followed, after a branching point (36), by at least two distribution lines (22, 24, 38, 40) to respective outlets. The outlets can be moved together with a corresponding wiper arm of the wiper system. A distribution device (16), by means of which emergence of the washing liquid from at least one of the outlets can be controlled, is arranged in an engine compartment or stowage compartment of the motor vehicle.
