The invention detects that synergistic actions respectively exist between the vip1like1 and vip2like1 genes, and among cry8Ga1, vip1like1 and vip2like1 genes, and the Bacillus thuringiensis vip1like1 / vip2like1 gene combination has high virulence on Coleoptera pests and has especially good disinsection effect on Holotrichia parallela.
