Abstract

The invention discloses a model and a method for evaluating the user experience quality of a mobile terminal, belonging to the field of communication testing. The evaluating method comprises the following steps of: acquiring technical factors and non-technical factors which influence the user experience quality; extracting key performance indexes and key quality indexes (KQIs); classifying non-technical factors represented in the form of customer complaint; mapping to corresponding KQIs on a technical factor side respectively; calculating the weight values of the KQIs on the technical factor side relative to the user experience quality and the customer complaint rate of a non-technical factor side in a certain evaluating period and a certain evaluating range; and weighting and summarizing the weight values and the customer complaint rate to obtain new weight values of the KQIs. According to the model and the method, the user experience quality is reflected more accurately; and evaluation is only required to be performed once during calculation of new weight values of the KQIs, and the new weight values of the KQIs are dynamically changed in the following calculation according to the user complaint rate, so that the workload is lowered greatly.
