Abstract

The invention discloses a packaging sheet, a flat panel display device and a method for manufacturing the flat panel display device. The method includes: forming an absorbent on a first sheet; forming a sealant having a void corresponding to a shape of the absorbent on a second sheet; allowing the absorbent to enter by overlapping the first sheet and the second sheet. forming an encapsulation sheet into the gap; and pasting the encapsulation sheet on the substrate on which the display unit is formed. When a flat panel display device is manufactured by the above method, the overlapped sealant and absorber are assembled on the substrate at the same time, so that it is not necessary to carry out a conventional complicated process of assembling the absorber in a vacuum state.
