The method comprises the following steps: configuring a group strategy of a wireless AP (Access Point) and a group priority of a VAP (Virtual Access Point); confirming an access priority of a service access request of a user according to the group strategy of the AP and the group priority of the VAP; and performing a service access operation according to the access priority. According to the embodiment of the invention, a differential QoS (Quality of Service) guarantee based on a user priority is provided; meanwhile, the QoS of a high-priority user and a high-priority service can be ensured in a tense wireless resource condition or harsh environment.
