Embodiment 1

[0024] Embodiment 1: the characteristic of broad bean absorbing cadmium in control soil

[0025] This experiment was carried out in the East Sixth Laboratory Building of the School of Life Science and Engineering, Southwest University of Science and Technology. The broad bean seeds for the test were purchased from Mianyang Yunchuan Seed Company. The control soil was yellow loam. The soil was placed in a dark and ventilated place to dry naturally, and then the impurities were removed. , crushed and sieved for later use. Cadmium is not artificially added. Broad bean seedlings started on September 28, 2010. When the seedlings grew to one month, they were planted in plastic pots (33 cm in diameter and 26 cm in height) filled with 8.5 kg of soil (see Table 1 for the physical and chemical properties of the soil). After 10 days, different concentrations of citric acid (see Table 2 for specific concentrations) were evenly sprayed in the pot in the form of aqueous solution, watered re...

[0031] Example 2: The characteristics of broad beans absorbing cadmium in lightly polluted soil

[0032] The experiment was carried out in the East Sixth Experimental Building of the School of Life Science and Engineering, Southwest University of Science and Technology. The broad bean seeds used in the test were purchased from Yunchuan Seed Company in Mianyang. 3 ) 2 4H 2 O is the source of cadmium), and the start time of broad bean seedling cultivation was September 28, 2010. When the seedlings grew to one month, they were planted in plastic pots (diameter 33cm, height 26cm), 1 day later, spray different concentrations of citric acid (see Table 2 for specific concentrations) evenly in the form of aqueous solution in the pot, water regularly according to growth needs, and take samples for analysis after 140 days of growth.

[0033] The test results show that: from the attached figure 2It can be seen that in lightly polluted soil, the application of citric acid to broad bea...

[0034] Example 3: The characteristics of broad beans absorbing cadmium in heavily polluted soil

[0035] The experiment was carried out in the East Sixth Experimental Building of the School of Life Science and Engineering, Southwest University of Science and Technology. The broad bean seeds involved in the test were purchased from Mianyang Yunchuan Seed Company. 3 ) 2 4H 2 O is the source of cadmium), and the start time of broad bean seedling cultivation was September 28, 2010. When the seedlings grew to one month, they were planted in plastic pots (diameter 33cm, height 26cm), 1 day later, spray different types of citric acid with different concentrations (see Table 2 for specific concentrations) evenly in the form of aqueous solution in the pot, water regularly according to growth needs, and take samples for analysis after 140 days of growth.

[0036] The test results show that: from the attached image 3 It can be seen that in heavily polluted soil, the application of ci...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for promoting broad bean in restoring and treating cadmium-polluted soil by using citric acid. The method is characterized in that: the method comprises steps that: broad bean is planted in soil containing cadmium pollutants, and a citric acid aqueous solution is applied to the soil; when the broad bean plants pod or are mature, the broad bean plants are harvested or integrally removed from the polluted soil; a next batch of broad bean can be planted on the soil; a citric acid aqueous solution is applied to the soil; when the broad bean plants pod or are mature, the broad bean plants are harvested or integrally removed from the polluted soil; the process is repeated until the cadmium content in the soil reaches an environment safety standard. With the method provided by the invention, the cadmium absorbing and enriching capacities of broad bean can be developed. The cadmium-polluted soil restoring method is characterized by low investment, low maintenance cost, low project quantity, and low requirement on management technology. When the cadmium-polluted soil is restored by using broad bean, the fertility of the soil can be improved with the nitrogen fixation effect of broad bean. Therefore, good environment benefit, social benefit and economic benefit are brought in.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the regeneration of polluted soil, and relates to a method for using citric acid to promote fava beans to repair and treat cadmium polluted soil. It is especially suitable for the remediation and treatment of cadmium (Cd) polluted soil. Background technique [0002] At present, the deterioration of my country's regional agricultural environment is gradually increasing, and the area of cultivated land polluted by heavy metals to varying degrees in the country is close to 20 million hm 2 , accounting for about 1 / 5 of the cultivated land area, among which cadmium (Cd) pollution is more common, and the polluted area is nearly 10 million hm 2 , followed by Pb, Zn, Cu, Hg, etc.; and the content of heavy metals such as Cd, Cr, As, Pb in grains, vegetables, fruits and other foods in many places exceeds the standard and is close to the critical value. Most of these are due to irrigation with industrial sewage. For example, in the o...
