Embodiment Construction

[0038] The method of the invention discloses the following steps: (1) The input data is a low-resolution image sequence of m frames with known motion parameters represented by vectors for the same scene.

[0039] (2) Register the sequence images according to the motion parameters, and use the common bilinear interpolation method to process the input data to obtain the initial high-resolution image estimation, that is, the initial value estimation

[0040] (3) After the initial value estimate is obtained, it is substituted into the iterative formula for iterative calculation:

[0041] Z ^ n + 1 = Z ^ n - β · G n

[0042] In the formula, β is the self-defined control step size, n represents the number of iterations, G n I...

Abstract

The invention discloses a reconstruction method for image super-resolution. The reconstruction method comprises the following steps of: (1) inputting a low-resolution image sequence of m frames represented by vectors in the same scene; (2) processing all low-resolution images by adopting a bilinear interpolation method, and acquiring initial high-resolution image estimated values, namely initial estimated values; (3) substituting the initial estimated values into an iterative formula, and performing iterative computation; (4) judging whether iterative convergence conditions are met or not, stopping iteration if the iterative convergence conditions are met, and outputting a high-resolution image. The reconstruction method for the image super-resolution provided by the invention has wide application prospects in the fields such as video and image processing, medical imaging, remote sensing images and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of image signal processing, and in particular relates to an image super-resolution reconstruction method using a Lorentz function combined with adaptive regularization. Background technique [0002] Super-resolution image reconstruction technology is an effective means to improve resolution by using signal and information processing methods. If there are multiple frames of undersampled images about the same scene, there may be geometric differences such as spatial translation, deflection, and scaling between these images. Through the complementarity and fusion of these image information and image prior information, noise and blurring are removed at the same time. high-resolution images can be obtained. This method overcomes the limitations of physical conditions, overcomes the limitations of image interpolation and other methods, uses multi-frame image information to make up for the lack of spatial resoluti...
