Abstract

The invention discloses a production method of a conductive anti-friction material of an electric brush, relating to the technical field of motor production and also relating to the technical field of new materials. The production method comprises the following steps of: mixing COPNA (Condensed Polynuclear Aromatic) resin, graphite powder and artificially synthesized Delanium graphite; then kneading, grinding, briquetting and sintering; and finally finely grinding to prepare the conductive anti-friction material of the electric brush. The method provided by the invention can be used for providing a conductive anti-friction material of an SJ905 electric brush, which has the advantages of effective reduction of running abrasion, low noise, small sparks and good anti-interference performance.
