Abstract

The invention discloses an externally applied traditional Chinese medicine preparation for treating exudation type eczema in babies and a preparation method thereof. The externally applied traditional Chinese medicine preparation is prepared from 5 to 15 parts by weight of divaricate saposhnikovia root, 5 to 15 parts by weight of fructus forsythiae, 2 to 8 parts by weight of indigo naturalis, 5 to 10 parts by weight of patrinia, 3 to 8 parts by weight of radix sophorae flavescentis, 3 to 8 parts by weight of common cnidium fruit, 5 to 10 parts by weight of amur corktree bark, 5 to 15 parts byweight of rheum officinale, 3 to 8 parts by weight of root of large-flowered skullcap and 3 to 8 parts by weight of calamine. A result of a test shows that the externally applied traditional Chinese medicine preparation for treating exudation type eczema in babies can treat exudation type eczema in babies effectively, wherein through the externally applied traditional Chinese medicine preparationfor treating exudation type eczema in babies, babies with mild symptoms can be cured in 3 to 4 days and babies with serious symptoms can be cured in two courses of treatment.
