Embodiment Construction

[0025] The present invention will be described in further detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

[0026] A method for synchronously measuring structural stiffness in cable structure construction, the method comprising the following steps:

[0027] Such as figure 1 As shown, select two pressure sensors ( figure 1 "1" and "2"), a single-hole clip tool anchor (by figure 1 "3" and "4") and a hand jack ( figure 1 middle "5"), using high-strength steel to make a tool presser ( figure 1 middle "6"), wherein the pressure sensor can be a vibration-type or fiber grating type anchor cable dynamometer (such as the BGK-4900 vibration-type anchor cable dynamometer or BGK-FBG produced by Beijing Jikang Technology Co., Ltd. -4900 fiber grating type anchor cable dynamometer), the production of the tool jacking device can be made by the manufacturer of the hand-held jack (for example, the YDQ type front clamping jack produced by Liuzhou Wi...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for synchronously measuring structural rigidity in guy cable structure construction. The method comprises the following steps of: adopting two pressure sensors, always monitoring the internal force of a first tensioned steel strand by using a first pressure sensor, and tensioning the residual steel strands one by one by using a second pressure sensor together witha lifting jack to track and measure the internal forces of various tensioned steel strands; tensioning the internal force of the first steel strand to reach a design value and anchoring; tensioning the second steel strand; and when the readings of the two pressure sensors are the same, stopping tensioning the second steel strand and anchoring, and recording the reading of the first pressure sensor; tensioning all residual steel strands one by one and anchoring according to a process of tensioning the second steel strand, and recording the reading of the first pressure sensor when the readingsof the two pressure sensors are the same; and substituting all measured data into a measurement formula to obtain a structural rigidity value of an anchoring structure at two ends of a guy cable.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a stiffness measurement technology of a cable structure, in particular to a stiffness measurement technology of a cable structure using tensioned steel strands one by one. Background technique [0002] Cables are widely used in various engineering fields due to their light weight and other advantages. Large-scale steel strand cable structures are widely used in the field of bridges. Due to the large force borne by such cables, they cannot be stretched as a whole. The construction technology of tensioning steel strands one by one is usually adopted in stages. However, in most cases, the anchorage structure at both ends of the cable is usually an elastic body. When the steel strands in the cable are tensioned one by one, the latter steel strand will cause two strands of the cable to be stretched. The elastic anchoring structure at the end of the cable will produce displacement, and the displacement will further cause the steel s...
