The invention also discloses a device for loading an FPGA. Before the FPGA is necessary to utilize, only part of content is loaded by the FPGA, and the power consumption of the FPGA at the time is very less; when the FPGA is monitored to utilize necessarily, only the remaining contents of the FPGA are necessary to load, and the loading can be completed within very short time, therefore, the power consumption of the FPGA is reduced under the condition of having no influence on the efficiency.
