The manual wheelchair is characterized in that: a pair of rear wheel fixed blocks with the same structure is also fixed on the frame; an outside surface of the rear wheel fixed blocks is provided with an inclined surface; the inclined surface inclines an angle alpha in a vertical direction; the pair of rear wheels is pivoted on the pair of rear wheel fixed blocks; and an inclined angle alpha is also formed between the pair of rear wheels and the ground in the vertical direction, wherein the inclined angles alpha are 2 to 4 degrees.
