Problems solved by technology

[0002] Traditional substation inspection work is mainly done by staff, but for unattended or few-person-attended substations, inspection work is a very difficult task, especially for substations in remote areas, which requires a lot of manpower and time ; In addition, because most of the substations are high-voltage and high-radiation equipment, manual inspection is very dangerous; at the same time, for unattended or few-attended substations, emergency command and dispatch when the substation fails is also very difficult

Embodiment Construction

[0025] The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the preferred embodiments are only for illustrating the present invention, not for limiting the protection scope of the present invention.

[0026] Such as figure 1 As shown, the method for intelligent inspection of substation equipment using robots of the present invention includes the following steps:

[0027] 1) Set up RFID tags at power equipment inspection points. The RFID tags store positioning information. The information corresponding to each RFID tag is stored in the upper control host and the lower control machine on the inspection robot. RFID is installed on the inspection robot. Reader

[0028] 2) After the detection starts, it also includes the following steps:

[0029] 2.1) The lower controller asks whether it needs to plan the inspection path. If it is, the upper control host sends the path plan to the low...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for intelligently inspection substation equipment by using a robot, which comprises the following steps: arranging RFID tags at the detection points of power equipment, wherein positioning information is stored in each RFID tag; respectively storing the information corresponding to each RFID tag into an upper control host and a lower control machine on an inspection robot; installing an RFID reader-writer on the inspection robot; and after the detection is started, enabling the lower control machine to control the inspection robot to walk to the detection points of the power equipment along the predetermined paths according to the instruction of the upper control host, thereby recognizing the RFID tags by using the RFID reader-writer and finishing the information acquisition of the power equipment. By combining the RFID technology with the communication technology and the automatic control technology, the method successfully solves the problems of positioning and orientating of the inspection robot in the walking process. The method can ensure that the inspection process is convenient and reliable, the acquired data is accurate and effective, and workers can conveniently monitor the working conditions of the field and the operating conditions of the equipment remotely, thereby realizing the purpose of remotely monitoring remote areas and unattended stations.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of power equipment detection, in particular to a method for intelligently inspecting substation equipment using a robot. Background technique [0002] Traditional substation inspection work is mainly done by staff, but for unattended or few-person substations, inspection work is very difficult, especially for substations in remote areas, which requires a lot of manpower and time. In addition, because the substations are mostly high-voltage, high-radiation equipment, manual inspection is very dangerous; at the same time, for unattended or few-person substations, emergency command and dispatch when the substation fails is also very difficult. Therefore, the use of intelligent robot systems to replace manual automatic inspection of substations to a certain extent will become the development trend of substation inspections. Summary of the invention [0003] In view of this, the purpose of the present invention is to provide a ...
