Abstract

The invention provides a control system of an electronic expansion valve, comprising a sensor, a human-computer interface input device, a control mainboard and a drive board. The sensor is used for sensing and collecting the external parameter and converting the parameter into electric signals input to the control system; the human-computer interface input device is used for manually inputting the external control signals to the control system; the control mainboard comprises a micro control unit and a power driving module, wherein the micro control unit is used for converting and processing the signals collected by the sensor or the external control signals input by the human-computer interface input device and outputting the first control signal to the power driving module, and the power driving module is used for outputting a second control signal; the drive board comprises a stepper motor driving module which is used for driving a stepper motor, receiving a second control signal and outputting a third control signal for controlling the action of the electronic expansion valve. As the drive board in the control system of the electronic expansion valve does not include an MCU (Micro-programmed Control Unit), the invention reduces the manufacturing cost, and avoids loss of the control information in the transmission process of signals without multiple conversions, thereby ensuring the control precision.
