Abstract

The invention discloses a compression steel plate for high tibial wedge osteotomy, which comprises a plurality of fastening screws and a pair of tibial steel plates. One tibial steel plate is fixed at the near end of a cut bone outside tibia through fastening screws, the fastening screws are fixed to one end section of the tibial steel plate; the other end section of the tibial steel plate is provided with a reverse threaded rod to which a connecting rod is connected; the other tibial steel plate is fixed at the far end of the cut bone outside the tibia, the other end section of the other tibial steel plate is provided with an opposite reverse threaded rod, and the other end section of the connecting rod is connected to the other end of the reverse threaded rod; and the two reverse threaded rods are respectively provided with a pair of reverse threads. The compression steel plate has good fixation and compression effects.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a medical device, in particular to a compression steel plate suitable for fixation and compression after high tibial osteotomy. Background technique [0002] High tibial osteotomy is a common method for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis, and it is mainly suitable for patients with medial compartment osteoarthritis of the knee joint aged between 40 and 50 years old. Commonly used internal fixation includes tibial T-shaped plate, modified osteotomy plate, etc., mainly for the treatment of tibial intercondylar fractures. The direct part of the plate is improved into a substitute plate, which is driven into the proximal part of the tibial osteotomy. But its disadvantages are: if a steel plate with a width of 2 cm and a thickness of 4 mm is driven into the proximal tibial osteotomy, proximal tibial fractures or intra-articular fractures are prone to occur. Once it occurs, the operation will fail. Second, after lateral tibial ost...
