The invention discloses a real-time signal reconstruction method for a time-interleaved acquisition system, which comprises the following steps of: obtaining the estimated inhomogenous degree of sampling interval of each path subjected to K times of iteration by the minimum mean-squared iteration; self-adaptively acquiring the inhomogenous degree rn of the sampling interval of a time-interleaved acquisition system; obtaining an error component e (n) introduced by inhomogenous system time base; and then carrying out real-time signal reconstruction. The method overcomes the defects that the conventional parallel sampling error correction method is large in calculated amount and low in instantaneity and cannot track the changes of error parameters so as to meet the real-time requirements forthe application in engineering. The method is a time-domain analysis-based signal reconstruction method which is more suitable to be applied in engineering, and has the advantages of greatly reducingthe amount of arithmetical operation, and achieving a good effect; meanwhile, the method is very practical in the engineering of the design on the high-speed time-interleaved acquisition system, and has a high popularization value.
