[0011] After completing the life cycle inventory analysis of various fuels, the fossil fuel consumption in the fuel life cycle and the total energy consumption in the fuel life cycle can be obtained. According to the obtained two index values and the calculation method shown in formula 1, the Fuel life cycle fossil fuel usage (λ) can be calculated. The larger the value of λ, the greater the proportion of fossil fuel consumption in the fuel life cycle to the overall fuel consumption, and the worse the renewable of the fuel; conversely, the smaller the value of λ, the greater the proportion of fossil fuel consumption in the fuel life cycle to the overall fuel consumption. The smaller the fuel, the more renewable it is.
