Problems solved by technology

Trivalent arsenic usually exists in a neutral state, and various existing methods are not easy to remove it. The existing adsorbents have poor removal effects on trivalent arsenic, and generally need to be pre-oxidized to pentavalent arsenic for removal. Difficult to operate, increasing operating costs

Embodiment Construction

[0011] The technical characteristics and advantages of the present invention can be seen through the embodiments and application examples given below.

[0012] 1. Structural characteristics and arsenic removal performance of Zr-doped β-FeOOH anion-exchange adsorbent

[0013] The preparation of the adsorbent adopts the liquid phase homogeneous precipitation method, and a certain amount of FeCl 3 ·6H 2 O, ZrOCl 2 ·8H 2 O and CO(NH 2 ) 2 Prepare a mixed solution with a certain ratio and a certain concentration, in which FeCl 3 ·6H 2 O and ZrOCl 2 ·8H 2 The mass ratio of O is 16:0-14; FeCl 3 ·6H 2 O and ZrOCl 2 ·8H 2 The total concentration of O is 0.2mol L -1 ;CO(NH 2 ) 2 with (FeCl 3 ·6H 2 O+ZrOCl 2 ·8H 2 The mass ratio of O) is 15:9; then the mixed solution is put into an oven at 100° C. for 4 hours, and the reaction generates a brown precipitate, which is washed with deionized water, and then dried at 40° C. for 48 hours to obtain Zr-doped β-FeOOH anion-exc...

Abstract

The invention provides a method for preparing Zr-doped beta-FeOOH anion-exchange arsenic removal adsorbent. The method comprises: preparing mixed solution with a certain concentration from ZrOCl2.8H2O, FeCl3.6H2O and CO(NH2)2 according to a certain proportion, wherein the mass ratio of the FeCl3.6H2O to the ZrOCl2.8H2O is 16:8-14; the total concentration of the FeCl3.6H2O and the ZrOCl2.8H2O is 0.05 to 0.3 mol.L<-1>; and the mass ratio of the CO(NH2)2 to the sum of the FeCl3.6H2O and the ZrOCl2.8H2O is 15:5-9; putting the mixed solution into an oven at a temperature between 80 and 200 DEG C and thermally insulating the mixed solution for 4 hours; forming brown precipitate through reaction; washing the precipitate with deionized water; drying the obtained product at 40 DEG C for 48 hours; and obtaining Zr-doped beta-FeOOH anion-exchange adsorbent.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a preparation method of an arsenic-removing adsorbent, in particular to a preparation method of a Zr-doped β-FeOOH anion-exchange adsorbent. Background technique [0002] Arsenic is a protoplasmic poison with a wide range of biological effects, and has been identified as a first-class carcinogen by the US Centers for Disease Control and International Agency for Research on Cancer. WHO and Japan, Germany, the United States and other developed countries have lowered the health standard of arsenic to 0.01mg L -1 , the current drinking water standard in my country and most other countries is 0.05mg·L -1 . The improvement of drinking water standards has brought new challenges to the technology of arsenic removal in drinking water. The use of adsorption to remove pollutants in water has the advantages of high efficiency, fast speed, strong adaptability and easy operation, and is widely used in various water supply and wastewater t...
