Abstract

The invention discloses a method for improving parasitic ability of parasitic wasps by utilizing a hairyvein agrimonia herb and bud ethanol extract. The method is designed against the situation that the parasitic ability of the parasitic wasps in the natural world is usually not high, when in great occurrence amount of pests, the natural pest control effect is small, and the complete control of the pests can not be realized. The use of the traditional Chinese medicine hairyvein agrimonia herb and bud ethanol extract for processing meteorus pulchricornis can significantly improve the parasitic amount of the meteorus pulchricornis to vegetable major pest spodoptera exigua and enhance the pest control ability of the parasitic wasps. Compared with the traditional pest control which takes the pests as a target object, the technology takes the parasitic wasps which are the parasitic natural enemies of the pests as the target object and uses the hairyvein agrimonia herb and bud ethanol extract to improve the parasitic amount and the parasitic speed of the meteorus pulchricornis, so as to improve the pest control effect. The technology not only has evident synergy, but also has high safety and can effectively improve the biological control level of the pests. The economic, the social and the ecological benefits are very significant after a large number of applications on the production.

Description

1. Technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of pest biological control, and in particular relates to a method for improving the parasitic ability of the scutellaria mori by using the extract of the traditional Chinese medicine Agrimony. 2. Technical Background [0002] Parasitic wasps are the parasitic natural enemies of insects, and there are as many as 50,000 species of them. Because parasitic wasps have the advantages of no pollution and strong specialization in the natural control of pests, they have become an important part of biological pest control. However, although there are many types of parasitoids, there are few species that can play an important role in production, and only several parasitoids such as Trichogramma have been successfully applied. For a parasitoid to be able to play an important role in pest control, a high parasitism rate to the target pest is the most critical factor. Most of the research on parasitoids at home and a...
