Abstract

The present invention discloses a device, a system and a method for providing fixed communication service in the mobile communication network, to realize the interfusion of the fixing and mobile communication services. The device comprises a fixed user line emulation gateway, which comprises a mobile network interface module, an emulation module, and a public service telephone network interface module. The system comprises a core exchanging system and a cell controlling unit, and therein, the core exchanging system is used to process the data exchange between the cell controlling unit and other communication networks. The cell controlling unit is used to perform connection between the mobile terminal and the core exchanging system; and the cell controlling unit also comprises a fixed user line emulation gateway for providing fixing user line access. The method comprises (1) to emulate the fixed user line into a mobile terminal; and (2) to emulate the fixed user line into a communication establishment of the mobile terminal between the fixed user line and the core exchanging system. The present invention can provide fixed service simply and rapidly, having the evolving capacity of the interfusion of the public service telephone network and the mobile network in the future.
