Abstract

The invention is in use for solving issues that current technique cannot generate, compare, and display error of Modbus CRC. In the invention, bus interface (BI) of Modbus of first communication unit (CU) in main node, BI of Modbus of second CU in slave node, and BI of Modbus of third CU in interference node are connected to bus of Modbus in sequence. The method includes steps: inputting request with 8 bytes to main node; depressing start button; operation for receiving synchronous messages from slave node and interference node is ended, and response message, and interference message are sent out; according to Modbus protocol, interference message calculates CRC1 of CRC value, and CRC1 is compared with CRC of received CRC value; obtaining result of CRC error. The invention can generate, compare, and display error of Modbus CRC, and get out intuitive result.
