The device of the present invention may be a disposable device which is worn only for a short time and then discarded and replaced with a new one if necessary. Alternatively, the utensil can be reused by being sterilized between uses. The device of the present invention is simple and convenient to use, and can be inserted and used arbitrarily in a manner similar to inserting a tampon into the vagina during menstruation, which is easy to grasp and familiar to the user.
