Benefits of technology

The patent text describes a wrist saver block that helps reduce stress and strain on a user's wrist joint by reducing the amount of extension of the wrist during weight-bearing exercises such as Yoga poses and push-ups. The wrist saver block is comfortable, economical, and effective in preventing wrist injuries. It can be made from various materials like foam, cork, and wood. Overall, the wrist saver block helps maintain a healthier and more comfortable position for the wrist.

Problems solved by technology

When performing Yoga, Pilates, push-ups, or dips, users often experience pain in the wrist joint as a result of pressure applied to the wrist and hand by the user's body weight.
This position puts much stress on the wrist joint, resulting in pain and discomfort.
However, conventional Yoga or exercise blocks do not alleviate wrist pain experienced by users.
