Benefits of technology

"The present invention is a body exercising device that is designed to be used by people of different statures and heights. It provides elastic bars that can provide varying strengths of force to the user, allowing for a more customizable workout. The elastic bars also provide a smaller restoring force, preventing any harm to the user. Additionally, the device can be used to exercise different parts of the user's upper body, making it more versatile. The device includes a holding body, elastic bars, and pulling devices for bending and pulling the elastic bars outward to achieve an exercising effect."

Problems solved by technology

However, the conventional body exercising device only provides a force having a constant strength, so that the conventional body exercising device cannot satisfy the practical requirements of different users.
In addition, the spring 54 has a larger restoring force, so that the user is easily hurt due to the excessive restoring force.
Further, the conventional body exercising device can be used to exercise the user's two hands only, thereby greatly decreasing the versatility of the conventional body exercising device.

Embodiment Construction

[0027] Referring to the drawings and initially to FIGS. 1-3, a body exercising device 10 in accordance with the preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises a holding body 12, two (or multiple) elastic bars 24 each extended through the holding body 12, and two (or multiple) pulling devices 40 each mounted on a respective one of the elastic bars 24 for pulling and bending the elastic bars 24 to achieve an exercising effect.

[0028] The holding body 12 has two sides each formed with a recessed arcuate holding face 14. The holding face 14 of the holding body 12 has two ends each provided with a protruding locking portion 18 and formed with a snap hole 19. The locking portion 18 can prevent the user's hand from slipping from the holding face 14 of the holding body 12.

[0029] Each of the elastic bars 24 has two ends each provided with a pulley 26 formed with two slideways 28. Each of the two ends of each of the elastic bars 24 has a side formed with two snap holes 20 each align...

Abstract

A body exercising device includes a holding body, at least two elastic bars each extended through the holding body, and at least two pulling devices each mounted on a respective one of the elastic bars for pulling and bending the elastic bars outward to achieve an exercising effect. Thus, the elastic bars can co-operate with the pulling devices to exercise different parts of the user's upper body, such as the user's two hands, chest muscle, abdominal muscle and back muscle, thereby enhancing the versatility of the body exercising device.

Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION [0001] 1. Field of the Invention [0002] The present invention relates to a body exercising device, and more particularly to a body exercising device that can be used to exercise different parts of the user's upper body, such as the user's two hands, chest muscle, abdominal muscle and back muscle, thereby enhancing the versatility of the body exercising device. [0003] 2. Description of the Related Art [0004] A conventional body exercising device in accordance with the prior art shown in FIG. 12 comprises an elastic rod 50 having two distal ends each provided with a grip 52 and a mediate portion provided with a spring 54. In operation, the user's two hands can hold and press the two grips 52 of the elastic rod 50 to overcome the elastic force of the spring 54 so as to bend the elastic rod 50 and the spring 54, thereby achieving the purpose of exercising the user's two hands. [0005] However, the conventional body exercising device only provides a force havin...
