Abstract

The invention is provided with high foreknowledge, few and stable steps, not only saving escape time but also not necessary to worry about the problem about firming the lifesaving equipment; the method applies the pressure produced by the friction block controlled by level tipping the periphery of the rope wheel, not needing man-control.
