Abstract

The invention relates to a retrieval method based on Koolean calculation for extracting partial information from a plurality of images. The method comprises the following steps: S1, receiving at least two sample pictures, selecting a region of interest of each sample picture, and receiving combinational logic among the sample pictures; s2, extracting feature information corresponding to the region of interest in each sample picture; and S3, searching a picture database according to the combinatorial logic and the feature information to obtain a picture retrieval result conforming to the combinatorial logic and the feature information. A user is allowed to select partial information of different pictures for combined retrieval, the user does not need to provide an accurate target image any more, the requirement for retrieval materials is lowered, and the retrieval success rate of the user is increased.
