The water supply pipeline comprises a first water supply pipe and a second water supply pipe which are connected with the circulating water pump house, and a water supply connecting pipe is connected between the two water supply pipes; the drainage pipeline comprises a first drainage pipe and a second drainage pipe, and a drainage connection pipe is connected between the two drainage pipes; the first water supply pipe and the first drainage pipe are connected with a first extraction condensing unit condenser.
