The dialog system includes: a storage device configured to store target information about a target and a target value of a fuzzy language; a first input device configured to receive a voice signal; and a dialog manager configured to: convert the voice signal received in the first input device into text; determining a user intent based on the received voice signal; and acquiring a target and a target value corresponding to the fuzzy language from target information stored in a storage device based on determining that the determined user intent corresponds to the request intent and the converted text corresponds to the fuzzy language. The dialog system also includes a result processor configured to generate a response based on the target and the target value acquired from the dialog manager and to control an output of the generated response.
