The invention relates to a retailer pricing method and system based on an integral type e-commerce platform, and the method comprises the steps: S1, building a utility function of a customer based on the heterogeneity of three aspects, namely the estimation value of a product, the estimation value of a unit integral and the owned integral balance, of the customer; s2, on the basis of a utility maximization principle, calculating the probability of cash purchase and point purchase selected by the customer according to the utility function, so as to obtain a market demand function of the product; constructing a retailer profit function based on the market demand function, and deducing to obtain an optimal pricing expression; s3, based on historical data, selecting the distribution form of the customer point balance which most accords with reality and corresponding parameters; and substituting the distribution form and the parameters into the expression of the optimal pricing to obtain the optimal price.
