Because the adjusting knob and the voltage-stabilized power switch are both in the locking state, a user cannot operate the adjusting knob and the voltage-stabilized power switch, when the user uses the voltage-stabilized power supply, the user can preferentially obtain an adjusting instruction and then unlock the adjusting knob based on the adjusting instruction, and at the moment, the voltage-stabilized power switch is still in the locking state; therefore, a user has to operate the adjusting knob firstly, so that the user is prevented from neglecting operations such as resetting (zeroing) of the adjusting knob when using the voltage-stabilized power supply, and the condition that a fault occurs when the direct-current voltage-stabilized power supply is used is reduced.
