The invention discloses an electric heating hydrogen comprehensive energy multi-combined supply system based on clean energy, the electric heating hydrogen comprehensive energy multi-combined supply system based on the clean energy comprises a power supply assembly, a hydrogen production assembly, a fuel cell, a first heat exchange assembly and a heat supply network, the power supply assembly can utilize renewable energy to generate electricity so as to provide an electric load for a user, and the hydrogen production assembly can generate hydrogen; the hydrogen production assembly is connected with the power supply assembly and used for producing hydrogen so that the power supply assembly can supply power to the hydrogen production assembly, the fuel cell is connected with the hydrogen production assembly so that the hydrogen can enter the fuel cell, and when power supply of the power supply assembly is insufficient, the hydrogen can be combusted in the fuel cell to generate an electric load; the first heat exchange assembly communicates with the fuel cell and the heat supply network so that heat generated by the fuel cell can heat the heat supply network through the first heat exchange assembly.
