Abstract

The cross-flow cooling tower comprises a tower body, and a filler structure, a spraying structure and an air suction structure which are fixed in the tower body, wherein the tower body is provided with a side air inlet and a top air outlet which are communicated with each other, the filler structure is arranged below the spraying structure, and the air suction structure is arranged below the top air outlet; a first silencing device is arranged at the side air inlet, and a second silencing device is arranged at the top air outlet; and the first silencing device comprises at least two rows of first silencing elements which are arranged in a staggered mode, and the second silencing device comprises a plurality of second silencing elements which are arranged in an inclined mode. The cooling tower not only can reduce the water temperature, but also can reduce the installing space only by considering the single-side ventilation requirement, and is particularly suitable for being installed on a site with good single-side ventilation and poor other-side ventilation.
