The optical fiber temperature correction module is used for determining the indoor real-time air temperature as the input of the temperature prediction module; the human factor internal disturbance correction module is used for determining the position of indoor internal disturbance and determining the influence of the indoor internal disturbance on the air temperature at the ceiling height and the required temperature field at the indoor height within the unit regulation and control time, and the influence is used as the input of the temperature prediction module; and the temperature prediction module is used for finally determining the temperature distribution at the required height.
