Abstract

The invention discloses a postoperative recurrence risk prediction system for stage I lung adenocarcinoma patients and an application of the postoperative recurrence risk prediction system. The postoperative recurrence risk prediction system for the I-stage lung adenocarcinoma patient, provided by the invention, comprises a system for detecting expression quantities of two genes, namely ACADM gene and RPS8, of a tumor sample of the I-stage lung adenocarcinoma patient. In the system, the system for detecting the expression quantity of the ACADM gene and the RPS8 gene of the tumor sample of the I-stage lung adenocarcinoma patient comprises reagents and / or instruments required for detecting the expression quantity of the ACADM gene and the RPS8 gene. Gene enrichment analysis is carried out on a gene expression profile of a patient suffering from I-stage lung adenocarcinoma on the basis of a recurrence state, and the postoperative recurrence risk is found to be related to ACADM and RPS8 gene expression quantities in tumor metabolism. According to the method, recurrence-free lifetime data of 317 cases of I-stage lung adenocarcinoma patients in three independent queues are integrated, and the individual RAMS model of the I-stage LUAD patient is established and verified.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of biomedicine, and specifically relates to a postoperative recurrence risk prediction system for patients with stage I lung adenocarcinoma and its application. Background technique [0002] Lung cancer is a common malignant tumor that seriously threatens human health, and its morbidity and mortality rank first in the world and in China. Lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) is the most common pathological type of lung cancer patients, accounting for about 40%. However, more than 40% of LUAD patients are already at stage IIIB or IV at the time of diagnosis, missing the best time for surgical resection of the tumor. However, with the widespread application of low-dose spiral CT in lung cancer screening, the detection rate of stage I lung adenocarcinoma is gradually increasing. However, more than 30% of patients with stage I lung adenocarcinoma relapse within 5 years after surgery. Therefore, there is an urgent need f...
