Embodiment 1

[0048] Example 1. RAMS, a marker model for postoperative recurrence of stage I lung adenocarcinoma established based on metabolic genes and model validation

[0049] In the present invention, the GSE31210 cohort composed of 162 stage I lung adenocarcinoma patients was used to construct the postoperative recurrence marker model RAMS of stage I lung adenocarcinoma, and the GSE30219 lung adenocarcinoma cohort composed of 81 stage I lung adenocarcinoma patients and 74 patients with stage I lung adenocarcinoma were used to construct RAMS. A CICAMS cohort composed of paraffin tissue specimens from patients with stage I lung adenocarcinoma was used to validate the constructed model.

[0050] The clinical characteristics of patients with stage I lung adenocarcinoma are shown in Table 1.

Abstract

The invention discloses a postoperative recurrence risk prediction system for patients with stage I lung adenocarcinoma and its application. The postoperative recurrence risk prediction system for patients with stage I lung adenocarcinoma provided by the present invention includes a system for detecting the expression levels of ACADM gene and RPS8 in tumor samples of patients with stage I lung adenocarcinoma. In the above system, the system for detecting the expression levels of the ACADM gene and RPS8 gene in tumor samples from patients with stage I lung adenocarcinoma includes reagents and / or instruments required for detecting the expression levels of the two genes ACADM and RPS8. The present invention conducts gene enrichment analysis on the gene expression profile of patients with stage I lung adenocarcinoma based on the recurrence status, and finds that the risk of postoperative recurrence is related to the expression of ACADM and RPS8 genes in tumor metabolism. The present invention integrates the recurrence-free survival data of 317 patients with stage I lung adenocarcinoma of three independent cohorts, establishes and verifies the individualized RAMS model of stage I LUAD patients.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of biomedicine, and particularly relates to a postoperative recurrence risk prediction system for stage I lung adenocarcinoma patients and its application. Background technique [0002] Lung cancer is a common malignant tumor that seriously threatens human health, and its morbidity and mortality ranks first in the world and in China. Lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) is the most common pathological type of lung cancer patients, accounting for about 40%. However, more than 40% of patients with LUAD are already in stage IIIB or IV at the time of diagnosis, missing the best time to surgically remove the tumor. However, with the widespread application of low-dose helical CT in lung cancer screening, the detection rate of stage I lung adenocarcinoma is gradually increasing. However, more than 30% of patients with stage I lung adenocarcinoma recur within 5 years after surgery. Therefore, there is an urgent need for an...
