Abstract

The invention relates to a vibration sensor and medical imaging equipment. The vibration sensor includes: a mounting unit; a dimming unit movably arranged relative to the mounting unit, and the dimming unit can move relative to the mounting unit along with vibration of the mounting unit; and an optical unit arranged corresponding to the dimming unit, wherein the optical unit can transmit an optical signal to the dimming unit and receive the optical signal reflected by the dimming unit; wherein the light signal reflected by the dimming unit is associated with the motion amount of the mounting unit, and the dimming unit adjusts the corresponding light signal to be reflected to the optical unit in response to the vibration of the mounting unit. The vibration sensor is based on the optical principle, and vibration signals of a vibration source are obtained by collecting corresponding optical signals on the dimming unit related to the vibration source.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of vibration sensors of medical equipment, in particular to a vibration sensor and medical imaging equipment. Background technique [0002] Medical imaging equipment usually has relatively strong vibration during use. On the one hand, it will generate large noise. On the other hand, long-term vibration has put forward higher requirements for the installation stability and reliability of other components in the magnetic resonance system. [0003] Current medical imaging equipment has characteristics such as high magnetic field and high radio frequency field. However, the existing electrical vibration sensors used in medical imaging equipment are prone to generate large interference signals due to the coupling of electronic devices or electrical lead wires, which may easily cause distortion of the collected signals of medical imaging equipment, and even cause damage to vibration sensor devices. In turn, it af...
