The method comprises: acquiring coordinate information of a measurement point in the virtual three-dimensional space; wherein the measurement points comprise a first measurement point and a second measurement point, and the coordinate information comprises first coordinateinformation of the first measurement point and second coordinate information of the second measurement point; calculating the linear distance between the first measurement point and the second measurement point according to the first coordinate information and the second coordinate information; connecting the first measuring point and the second measuring point through a straight line, and displaying the straight line and the straight line distance. According to the accurate measurement method and device based on the virtual three-dimensional space provided by the embodiment of the invention,the linear distance between the first measurement point and the second measurement point is calculated and displayed by acquiring the coordinate information of the first measurement point and the second measurement point in the virtual three-dimensional space, so that automatic accurate measurement of the distance between the two measurement points in the virtual three-dimensional space is realized.
