The method comprises the following steps: proposing hypothesis for a shared parking space distribution model in the residential area, and establishing model parameters; screening shared berths through parking sharing period window matching, the shortest walking distance, the parking berth utilization rate and the external sharing rate of the residential area berth peak period to obtain alternative berths; taking the parking influence factors of a user as evaluation indexes according to the parking demand, and weighting the weights of the indexes by adopting subjective and objective combination; determining an optimal scheme according to the comprehensive closeness between the alternative scheme and the ideal solution, and deciding an optimal berth in combination with a grey-associated TOPSIS model; and according to the reservation starting point and the optimal shared berth, selecting a berthpath by using an improved ant colony algorithm and taking the travel time as a weight, and determining an optimal path from the travel starting point to the optimal berth.
