Problems solved by technology

[0003] When performing fixation and healing of the spine, the traditional method is to directly connect the bone nails to the fixation plate to bond the bones. Because the strength of the direct connection between the bone nails and the bones is inconvenient to control, it is easy to cause secondary injuries, and it is also inconvenient to fix the bone. Adjustment of strength for patients with different bone quality

Abstract

The invention discloses a bone nail and spine fixation device containing a bone induction material coating. The device comprises a fixation plate, a fixation mechanism, bone nails, a sliding sleeve, acompression spring, a rotary sleeve, a leather cushion and an infusion mechanism. The bone nail and spine fixation device containing the bone induction material coating in the invention has the benefits that: a bone nail is connectedly fixed with the interior of a vertebra; therefore, the fixation plate is tightly fit to the vertebra; the damaged vertebra can be well healed; after the bone nail is connected with the vertebra, the fixation plate is fastened; the compression spring is installed on the top of the sliding sleeve; the sliding sleeves has flexibility; secondary damage to vertebra extrusion is prevented; simultaneously, due to rotation of the rotary sleeve, the extrusion force of the sliding sleeve is adjusted through the compression spring; adjustment of the extrusion force forpeople with different bones is facilitated; secondary damage to the bone is prevented; under the action of the infusion mechanism, medicine liquid can enter the vertebra better; and thus, the healinggrowth speed of the vertebra is enhanced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a fixation device, in particular to a bone nail coated with an osteoinductive material and a spinal fixation device, belonging to the technical field of spinal fixation. Background technique [0002] Bone nail is a kind of steel nail that connects and fixes bones. When bone is connected and healed, it needs to be connected with the bone nail and the fixation plate, which is beneficial to fix the bone and enable the bone to grow rapidly. Lumbosacral pelvic fixation technology Lumbosacral pelvic fixation technology has always been the leading research point in the field of spinal surgery, especially how to improve the stability and fusion rate of internal fixation, and how to treat lumbosacral vertebral parts caused by tuberculosis, tumor destruction and elderly bone fractures. Debridement, reduction, and internal fixation of the lesion are required for patients with osteoporosis accompanied by degenerative diseases of the spine....
