The automatic cake overturning mechanism comprises supports, a first guide rail and a second guide rail; the supports are vertically arranged next to a griddle; the first guide rail and the second guide rail are horizontally installed on the supports in a vertical direction; the first guide rail is provided with an auxiliary rodperpendicular to the first guide rail; the auxiliary rod is glidingly connected with the first guide rail, so that the auxiliary rod can horizontally shift along the first guide rail and above the griddle; the second guide rail is provided with a mechanical arm; the tail end of the mechanical arm is equipped with a clamping jaw which can open and close; the clamping jaw is rotationally connected with the tail end of the mechanical arm, and an opening of the clamping jaw faces the surface of the griddle, so that the clamping jaw can clamp the edge of a pancake when closing; in the process thatthe mechanical arm horizontally shifts along the second guide rail, the clamping jaw can be driven to wind the pancake around the auxiliary rod, and during the horizontal shifting of the mechanical arm, the clamping jaw stretches the pancake to the edge of the griddle; and the edge of the pancake wound around the auxiliary rod is stretched to edge position of the other side of the griddle by the clamping jaw, thereby realizing overturning of the pancake.
