According to the device, the temperature sensing controller drives the protective sleeve to rotate according to ambient temperature, so that the first volatilization port and the second volatilization port are switched between completely staggered, partially overlapped and completely overlapped states, and an overlapped area of the first volatilization port and the second volatilization port can adjust a volatilization speed of the pheromone, thereby improving use effect of a volatile liquid and prolonging lasting period.
