Problems solved by technology

[0002] Soy sauce residue is a solid substance formed after fermenting soybeans as the main raw material when brewing soy sauce. If the soy sauce residue is discarded directly, it will cause a lot of waste, so it is often used to make fertilizer. However, untreated soy sauce residue is rough and contains certain Toxicity, if it is used as fertilizer without treatment, not only can it release limited fertility, but also it contains toxic substances that may harm crops

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for recycling residues of soy sauce brewed from soy beans. The method comprises the following steps: (1) collecting soy sauce residues generated after soy sauce brewing into a plurality of treatment ponds, adding soil into each treatment pond, and sufficiently mixing the soy sauce residues with the soil to obtain a mixture; (2) putting earthworms into the mixture in each pond, and fully stirring and mixing the earthworms and the mixture; and (3) taking out the mixture in one month, and putting the mixture into a heated brick bed for high-temperature baking so as to allow the earthworms in the mixture to die and to form dried earthworms. The earthworms and the soil are added into the soy sauce residues, and the earthworms are used for swallowing the soy sauce residues and the soil and discharging the soy sauce residues and the soil, so the soy sauce residues are purified; and on one hand, toxic substances in the soy sauce residues can be degraded, and onthe other hand, the coarse soy sauce residues can be finer and smoother and are easier to absorb by crops during later fertilization.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of soy sauce residues, in particular to a method for recycling soybean brewed soy sauce residues. Background technique [0002] Soy sauce residue is a solid substance formed after fermenting soybeans as the main raw material when brewing soy sauce. If the soy sauce residue is discarded directly, it will cause a lot of waste, so it is often used to make fertilizer. However, untreated soy sauce residue is rough and contains certain Toxicity, if it is used as fertilizer without treatment, not only the fertility that can be released is limited, but also the toxic substances it contains may harm crops. Contents of the invention [0003] The object of the present invention is to provide a kind of recycling method of soybean brewing soy sauce residue, to solve above-mentioned technical problem. [0004] In order to solve the problems of the technologies described above, the present invention adopts the following technical...
