The method comprises the steps that acquiring market transaction data and equipment parameters of a power system, wherein the maximum charging power and the maximum discharging power of the energy storage device are included; constructing a capacity configuration optimization model of the energy storage device participating in the power market, wherein the constraint conditions of the capacity configuration optimization model are constructed by utilizing the equipment parameters of the energy storage device; and solving the capacity configuration optimization model by utilizing the market transaction data, and scheduling the capacity configuration of the power generation side energy storage device according to the solving result. The invention provides the capacity configuration optimization method, device and equipment considering power generation side energy storage.The capacity of the energy storage device is fully utilized based on the high-proportion energy structure of new energy so as to optimize resource configuration.
