The preparation method of the bactericidal composition comprises the following steps: dissolving the dispersing agent, the wetting agent, the pH value regulator and the disintegrating aid in water in proportion to form a mixed solution; and adding pyraclostrobin, metiram and the filler into the mixed solution and carrying out homogenizing and dispersing to form mixed slurry.
