Abstract

The invention discloses a high-throughput screening method for 200 chemical risk substances in a toy. The method comprises the following steps of (1) establishing an accurate quality database and a mass spectrometer library of 200 chemical risk substances to be tested; and (2) adopting an ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole-time-of-flight mass spectrometry detection method to carry out screening of an actual sample, carrying out comparative analysis on a result and the accurate quality database and the mass spectrometer library of an established compound to be tested, comprehensively computing a comparison result, and when the comprehensive score is greater than 70%, determining that the compound to be tested is screened and detected in the actual sample. The method issimple, rapid and feasible, and can be used for high-throughput screening of the chemical risk substances in toy products.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of product quality and safety, in particular to a high-throughput screening method for 200 chemical risk substances in toys. Background technique [0002] With the continuous emergence of new products and technologies, the use and demand of toys are increasing, and the hazards of various chemical substances in toys have also attracted more and more social attention. Toys usually come from a wide range of sources and categories, with complex matrix components and various types of components. Toxic and harmful chemicals illegally added or left in toys can easily migrate into children's bodies through saliva and sweat, thereby endangering health. Compared with the easy detection of physical damage caused by toys, the damage caused by chemical hazards to children often has a chronic and cumulative effect. In mild cases, symptoms such as decreased resistance and poor mental status may occur, and in severe cases, it may ca...
